Come to a pleasant and peaceful gathering with people of all ages interested in Eckhart's work. It is a great way to release the tensions of the week and enjoy meeting like-spirited people in an open, friendly, and quiet space.

We will drink hot tea, have silent meditation together, and watch a selection from another wonderful Eckhart Tolle video recording on DVD.

Our meeting will take place in Macondray Hall, a spacious room on the basement level of the First Unitarian Universalist Church and Center building.

Feel free to bring a mat or pillow if you would like to sit on the floor during the silent meditation.

This meeting will run about 2 hours.

All are welcome!

(Macondray Hall is not wheelchair accessible.)

    •  saturday's group was great. Perhaps the silent meditation part could be increased.
