Description

Our meeting will take place in Macondray Hall, a spacious, peaceful room on the basement level of the First Unitarian Universalist Church and Center building.

Feel free to bring a mat or pillow if you would like to sit on the floor during the silent meditation.

We will share refreshments and hot tea, meditate together, and watch a selection from another wonderful Eckhart Tolle video recording on DVD.

This meeting will run about 2 hours.

All are welcome!

(Macondray Hall is not wheelchair accessible.)
