Hi Eckhart Tolle Silent Local Group Members,

Some of you have been with the group for a while. Have you ever considered the possibility of organizing a meeting yourself? It could be something small, like a meditation gathering in your living room.

I have been the main organizer for this group for more than a year, and I am thankful for the wonderful experience. I have learned so much! However, I won't be able to continue to lead this group long-term. Eventually, I will need to step down as the organizer of this group and find others to replace me. I'd like to step down as organizer by the end of this year.

My vision for this group is to have a member-led group where every member is also an organizer. We could potentially have a dozen or more members organizing meetings simultaneously!

Having multiple organizers would also create more meetings at different times and in different locations. This would give a wider range of possible times and locations for more members to participate in meetings. Where some meeting times and locations might not work for a particular member, other times and locations would. We have over 150 members, and with only one or two people organizing meetings, we can't create enough meetings with enough variety as far as dates and times to be able to include everyone.

So, if you are interested in the least bit in organizing a meeting yourself, let me know. It could be that you organize just one meeting. Maybe only two people show up for it. That's great!! It is not what you create, it is THAT you create! And, of course, I would assist and support you as much as I can along the way.

If you are even remotely interested in the possibility of organizing, let's communicate about it and see what happens. After a while, I am hoping we can build up a strong core group of organizers who can take the reins and keep this group going and growing into the future!
